Observed a old container of Clorox wipes sitting on top of the mini ice cream chest freezer. In storage ensure all chemicals and food items are stored separate. Item was moved. Observed some old food product was left stored under the 3-bay sink next to some more cleaning items. Provide for these items to be stored separate and maintain. Items were moved. COS |

Observed no thermometer in the ice cream units. Provide and maintain by next routine inspection. |
